I worked for an indie games company, having been commissioned to produce an educational tablet game for 10-14 yr olds. It taught children about the importance of water, where it comes from and what affects it. I was the primary designer.
I graduated from the University of South Wales with a 1st Class BA Hons Degree in Computer Games Design. Completing an arts degree helped me develop as a designer first, and then apply those founding principles through interative media.
My final year project was called Romley Court; An exploration around a Georgian regency manor house through the eyes of Lady Clarissa, as she experiences domestic violence and an emotional breakdown.
2D concept art helps visualise the style / feeling / atmosphere of a piece.
Most of the following 3D work is either modelled and rendered in Maya or screen-captured from the Unreal 3 game engine.
